Terms of Service.

This site, mamunhridoy.com, is a personal portfolio operated by MD Mamun Ur Rashid Hridoy. It describes services I offer as an independent contractor — it isn't a marketplace, and nothing on it is a binding offer until we've agreed on scope in writing.

The plans listed under Pricing are starting points, not final quotes. Custom Project and Growth Retainer pricing depends on scope discussed during a call or over email. WebCare pricing is accurate as shown but subject to change with notice to active subscribers.

Any paid project — automation build, WordPress site, retainer, or care plan — is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, invoice, or contract) sent directly to you, which takes precedence over anything on this site. That agreement covers scope, timeline, payment terms, and ownership of deliverables.

The design, code, and written content of this site belong to me unless otherwise noted. Case study names, screenshots, and outcomes are shared with client knowledge; let me know at hello@mamunhridoy.com if you'd like anything about your project updated or removed.

I keep this site accurate to the best of my ability, but figures like reviews, response times, and case study outcomes reflect a point in time and may not be current. Nothing here is a guarantee of results for future work.

I may update these terms as the site or my services change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
